Ordering and Shipping Information
For variable items with fill-in fields, please complete all applicable fields carefully, and check for anything pre-filled to ensure it does not need to be changed. After entering or changing your selections, you will see a preview/proof of your order. Be certain you have checked all pages, front and back, carefully for any typographical errors, punctuation, re-flow, and overlapping type, and any other incorrect customized content. If using a QR code option, we recommend scanning the code on your screen to ensure it is linked to the correct webpage or app you are pointing to. Once you have checked your proof, select the ARTWORK APPROVED check box for the item and add it to the cart. DO NOT select this checkbox and continue with the order unless the artwork is 100% correct. The file you see is what is automatically sent to the press for printing. We will not make edits or corrections to your proof based on comments added to the order. Comments should only be used for any communication to the approver. If you need assistance correcting the content of your proof, please contact us before checking out by phone or email marked urgent to support@osprint.com .
Please allow 7 business days from approval for production of personalized or custom variable data printed products. In stock items, such as most promotional items and apparel, are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship from Southern California via FedEx or UPS ground. If charges for production and shipping are billed directly to your company, no payment is required at the time of ordering.
